Thank you for using Olympus Themes products! We’re here to help you to succeed and this page will clarify our support policy.

Support Period

Each theme purchase includes 12 months of one-to-one support. Support can be accessed via our contact form or by directly emailing

All enquiries will receive an initial response within 24 hours.

If you require additional support after the 12 month period it can be extended at the rate of $25/year.

Bug Fixes

If you find a bug or something not working as you expect in one of our themes or plugins, then you can use our Bug Submit Form. Bug fixes are outside the normal support policy scope and will be fixed regardless of your support status.

Support Scope

The line between support and customization can be blurry. As a general guideline, if you are trying to do something the theme has shown can be done, whether on a sales page, documentation or demo then you need support. If instead, you are trying to make the theme do something you have seen on another website or an idea of your own, that will typically be considered a customization request.

We don’t offer support for the installation, customization or administration of WordPress itself, nor do we support any third-party plugins you might choose to use with our themes. Issues with plugins should be raised with the plugin author. You can also post your question(s) at Extend forums.

Support Hours

We’ll do our best to answer all support requests within 24 hours. More advanced or technical queries may take longer to resolve, however, you will receive a first response within 24 hours.

Our support is only provided via the contact form and direct email. We do not offer any support via blog comments, Twitter, Facebook, phone or other communication channels.
